The total stay was very good for our 4th visit. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, only 5 minutes walk to Arona Pyramid. There were a shopping centre and all the main shops around the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the room which was updated and high quality. The staff was very amiable and best and gave some great recommendations.

Overall it was a brilliant stay for 11 nights. We enjoyed apartment provided with crockery, the 2 beds in the bedroom, for example.

Loved our stay, had quiet 3 days overall. It was a joy spending time in the new-fashioned room with clean towels and stunning views plus the 2 beds in the bedroom. The Irish bar was great and the drinks were good.

Had pleasant stay overall, fantastic place and the weather was warm. The staff was really polite and affable, they showed us what good service is supposed to be like. The location was great and fab a short walk from the beach. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.
The staff were a bit slow, didn't expect that coming.

We loved staying 6 nights here. This hotel was newly remodelled and beautifully kept with competent staff from venue manager to restaurant manager. Central location close enough to med palace cross road as well as the beaches, it was in a good area. The breakfast was amazing, the check in was easy.
